About this platform
The Civic Security Platform helps Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) assess security risks, strengthen everyday security practices, and track improvement over time.
A guided security management platform for assessments, baseline controls, risk tracking, practical guidance, response playbooks, security alerts, inventories, and incident follow-up.
It does not monitor your devices, accounts, or networks. It is not a replacement for professional security audits, emergency incident response, or specialist advice.
Designed for CSOs, including teams working in sensitive or higher-risk environments. The platform encourages organisation-level and role-based records instead of unnecessary personal or operational detail.
Organisation workspaces are access-controlled and application records are scoped by organisation. Platform administrators can access organisation-level oversight data needed to operate the service.
Where AI-assisted incident analysis is enabled, incident records used for that analysis may be sent to the configured third-party AI service. Avoid entering names or other unnecessary sensitive details in incident records.
